Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
I understand that participation in athletic training — including training completed independently using the 12-Week Elite Performance Academy — involves inherent risks of physical injury. In consideration for purchasing and using this program, I hereby release, waive, and discharge A.I.E. Sports Training, Coach G (Gerald Worsham), and its representatives from any and all liability arising from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I certify that the athlete is physically able to participate and I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary. This waiver is binding on my heirs, executors, and assigns.
Photo & Video Release
I grant A.I.E. Sports Training permission to use any photos or video I voluntarily submit alongside this program — on the website, social media, marketing materials, and promotional content — without compensation. If the athlete is a minor, I confirm I am the parent or legal guardian with authority to grant this release.
Digital Product Terms
The 12-Week Elite Performance Academy is a licensed digital product for the buyer's personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of content or access codes is prohibited. Access codes are non-transferable. All sales are final once the access code has been issued.
